Running Vox Premium on Mac Air. Vox identifies iTunes music and can ‘play’ but there is no volume. Any suggestions? Many thanks

These are long shots but they can’t hurt:
Try muting / unmuting system audio. I seem to remember that causing some issues.
Try changing the VOX player’s output setting back and forth…
Does other music play in Vox? If not, maybe the output is set to something that’s muted?
Does the playhead move, or is it stuck at 00:00?
I have the same issue and have contacted Vox (without response). Music plays on Apple Music. I have linked Apple Music in Vox and all the albums are visible and the track appears to be playing but no volume. Checked the Vox volume that is hidden at the top of the page and that is on, mute and then on again, but no difference. It appears to be playing but no volume. Switch to Apple Music and same track plays. Switch to Vox music and plays fine
