Dear Coppertino Vox friends.
I had hoped that today's update would have resolved the missing iTunes playlists on iOS devices. The good news is that the playlists actually appear. Not all of them but most of them, which is very encouraging. The bad news is that only the playlists appear but there is no content in the playlists; all toggles correctly placed, Loop is on, just no playlist content. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software and the problem remains. I know you're working on it, best wishes.
Lew Stowe.
iTunes Playlists still missing with latest iOS release
I'm having a similar problem, except I can't even see my iTunes playlists. It's working on my iPad but not my iPhone. I too have uninstalled and reinstalled and fiddled around with the settings - to no avail. Same version of IOS and VOX on both devices.
Hey guys,
Your iTunes Playlists should be stored in Collections and not in Library, could you please check there and let us know if they appear?
Waiting for your reply!
Vox Developers: We are talking about "Collections" and NOT
library. NO
playlist CONTENT are appearing in Collections. The playlists are
showing up
but they are empty. The Library has always been fine.

Oops, sorry for misunderstanding, we will investigate this issue.
Thank you for understanding!
In the past the iTunes library on my phone had been accessible from library. No longer the case. I'm just trying to listen to the music already on my phone thrust VOX. Collections only has an icon for downloaded tracks - I have none. Thanks.
Has this been fixed? I have a playlist of all my hi-res files (anything above 16-44.1) and want that to be in my collections in my Loop, but almost no (like one or two) playlists show up in collections! What gives?
Sorry for the delay in this. We're still working on getting this fixed.
Thank you for your understanding in advance!
