I am a new vox user. Recently I bought a premium subscription but when Ia try to load my iTunes Library I receive the error showed in the subject.
I saw oldest post about this issue and have tried almost every steps suggested but the problem remains. I highly appreciate your help.

This annoying bug is probably caused by iOS update…so we are looking for someways to have it fixed in new version.
As for now, please try to re-install VOX app. After that you will be able to find a toggle (in iOS settings) for VOX to gain an access to you iTunes library!
