No matter what I do: completely removing and reinstalling Vox, trying the "reload" and "sync" options for iTunes as a source, Vox just keeps saying "Empty Library iTunes Library is Empty or Inaccessible" -- how can I troubleshoot? I'm not using Loop.

I also see, in the console, many errors of this variety: 8/7/15 11:31:46.118 AM com.coppertino.VOXAgent[26823]: SecOSStatusWith error:[-34018] The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -34018 - Remote error : The operation couldn‚Äôt be completed. (OSStatus error -34018 - client has neither application-identifier nor keychain-access-groups entitlements))
And then Vox crashed
Hi Chris,
Please run the following command in Terminal:
defaults read com.apple.iApps iTunesRecentDatabases
And send us the .XML file which you'll see.
Also send us logs that appear when you are experiencing your issue.
Here is the instruction:
- Launch Finder>Applications>Utilities Folder>Console.
Once it's open, click on "Clear Display".
- Try to reproduce the problem with VOX.
- When it is done - go back to Console and in the Tray Menu click on "File">Save a Copy As…
After that - send us a .log file that you have got, so we could analyze them.
