iOS - Move to Album from Currently Playing Song

#1

Right now, when you search for and then start playing a song in the LOOP, there is no way to then go to that song's album—at least not one I can find. Swiping up the now playing bar from the bottom should offer this, I think, especially for those of us with very large music libraries.

Thanks for Your insight

Currently, when a track is playing, You will see a now playing item panel at bottom. Double-tap it, and it should scroll the album list to the now playing album. Hope this helps.

This only works in 'List' view, not 'Grid'. Is there a chance it could be extended to that view too?

This should currently work in Grid view as well, if it doesn't means You are not in album view. i.e. the current collection view is not the one where You started playback from.

This does not work for the use case I outlined in the original post:

1) search for a track in search view

2) start playing the track

Double tapping the track does nothing, and single tapping the album art brings up track view, which oddly does not include a way to get to the album.

Ok - my bad!
