I don can’t see the Sonos device in the screen.
Same wifi and iPhone 10S

Yes, the most recent iOS (ver2.3.9) of VOX app is available for download in AppStore.

What version are you referring to at the moment?

Sonos streaming was fixed in 2.3.9, please check it out!. If the problem is still there, please contact us again!

Yes I’m on 2.3.9. I’ve gone through restore purchases same thing. My sonos system is in use and properly connected on the same network.
