With premium and a PC for the Universal Player is an equalizer available as I cannot find it. When I play music it ays I am signed in, am I also supposed to be signed in as a Premium? It appears to me that if I am signed in as a Premium then I have to have a Mac? These problems are fixable, but the most negative thing I want to add like many others, some days I cannot access VOX on a PC and today I can. It does not effect the phone app, but I will get a playlist set up for a party and at that time, I cannot get into VOX. It tries to load with the progress meter but it won’t. The sound is really great, but I bought this as it says its simple. I cannot recommend this to friends that I care about as it has been frustrating. There is no real manual and no chat or live support. You guys could really make something here if you want to. I hope you do. Don Liponi
