How to stop Vox 'header' from scrolling

Hi guys;

For some mp3's I can click on the time and it'll change to remaining time. But most of the time the top part of Vox (where the info like bitrate etc is) scrolls and I can't click the time.

Is there some way to stop or control the header from scrolling when I mouse over?
