How to stop entire music folder upload

I didn't intend on uploading my entire lossless music folder. I assumed I'd be asked to choose which tracks inside the folder to upload. I do not want my entire collection to load for the next 20 hours. How can I stop it? I quit the app but the upload seemed to continue in the background - based on my router activity.

Select "Stop uploading" from the status bar item dropdown menu.

Thanks for answering my question but I don't see any way to access the
status bar item dropdown menu. Control clicking doesn't bring anything
up. Can you please elaborate and/or show a screenshot?

Of course. Dropdown menu shown by simple clicking on the loop icon in the status bar.
I mean system status bar (to the left from the Clock)

Thanks! With the small floating app screen I didn't realize that there
was an icon at the top of the main window.
