Is there (or will there be) an option to export a csv file of my cloud storage tracks? Would be nice to compare my VOX content with my master data on my NAS to see if they are in sync.

No, there is no such functionality introduced in the service yet.
Please describe how should this .csv file look like?
Do you mean the list of the tracks, with Track Name < Album Name < Artist Name info?
