I am trying to follow up on an outstanding issue which has now not been resolved for MONTHS! Many other people have the same uploading issues and still no fix or acceptable response from ‘Support’
This is now beyond a joke and I now demand some kind of statement from VOX on how they plan to fix this or I suggest we all take our business elsewhere and demand refunds.
