Created Playlists and Collections on Mac Air (M2, Ventura 13.4) from music in my Vox Library have never, not once in years, been playable or even visible on devices like iPad (iPad mini A17 Pro, iOS 18.4.1, and iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18.4.1). I tried this again two weeks ago, confirmed my Premium account was active and paid up, opened Vox on the laptop, selected and again tried to save two collections as Collections, and as playlists.
Neither show up on the iPhone or iPad, so there is no way to play the Playlist or Collection on the iPhone or iPad.
Support refuses to answer this for over two weeks … emails are merely robo-replied, but no action nor help nor suggestions and certainly not any kind of support has been offered by Vox.
If my entire music library did not currently live in my Vox Library I’d delete it all and cancel my Premium Subscription. So, I guess Support feels they’re getting my money, and don’t have to do anything to help keep subscribers at all with anything.
And really, am I supposed to drag my laptop along in the car to be able to play my music?

Thanks for your post!
Really sorry if you ended up with an auto-reply or didn’t find our previous replies helpful, but let’s try to figure this out.
From what I understand from the post, it looks like some of your Collections are missing only on the mentioned devices (iPad mini A17 Pro, iOS 18.4.1, and iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18.4.1), right?
Are there some specific Collections that don’t show up, or all of them?
Which app do you use to create Collections, VOX Music Player for macOS, or VOX Universal (beta)?
