Cloud library not loading on VOX Media Player

Library suddenly won’t load.

I can access my files on my phone and VOX Universal. But cannot upload any new music, edit any playlists or delete anything.

Been using the app for a year with no real issues. Slight glitches, but everything seemed to work fine. Upgraded to the yearly premium plan in November and a month later, cannot access the full features properly.

Support is useless - literally 0 responses. The heading on this website states “All outgoing email has been globally disabled by an administrator. No email notifications of any kind will be sent.”

Sounds like VOX has left the building and is officially done. A shame because this was a truly great app for iOS users.

If anyone has any alternative programs, please let me know.

I had this issue too for about a month, but yesterday after doing a fresh install of Vox, my library loaded properly and I was able to upload new music again. I’ve been doing it in batches and each batch typically has one or two stubborn tracks that fail to load, but most go through.

I think this is the same issue I am having, when I have uninstalled the app and then tried again the main issues seams to be logging in with my Google account. Still no email response from support, which is a worry …
