Can't sign in to Loop/Premium

Can’t sign in to Loop/Prem in any version after 3.3.1 (3310.1) in El Capitan. I had to go back to 3.3.1
Click to sign in; goes to web; sign in goes fine; says it is redirecting back to app but nothing happens in app.
Can’t sign in to Loop in ANY version I can find in OS X 10.9. Used to work. Used to play it all the time. Similar to behavior described above—after sign in on web does not notify app.
I have tried different web browsers.

What exactly happens when you are trying to log in?
What are the VOX version and macOS versions you are currently referring to?
Did you try to clear browsers cache?
