Cannot download songs to offline mode

I have been using Vox for a while without a hitch. Over the last couple of days though, I notice that when I try to download a song for offline play, I get a message that says “waiting”. I reinstall the ios app. I am able to download a couple of songs but the remaining tracks that I wish to download are stuck in “waiting” mode.

Now I get a message stating that the download has completed but the there is nothing in the download folder and the track doesn’t show up as a download. It’s been a day and I’ve had no response. I looks like I’ll have to look into a new service.

Thanks for reaching out here!

We were forced to start unplanned downtime to install an urgent update and improve the situation on the server side, again.

To resolve that issue just now, simply try to re-login to VOX app.
