VOX player won’t upload tried on there website too, saying error but no code. Some of my music is missing in player but some still there and playing. Iv contacted VOX but no response?

Well, 17 days and two emails later sill no response and fault remains. There is big issues with VOX tech support. Not that it matters I will get a refund and suggest other users not to renew there subscription. Sorry VOX but what else can we do when you ignore us. Sad really, it was a great place to listen to music. Goodby

Just ignoring since day one. The GUI of the VOX Universal has been in Beta for about 3 years at least. Suggestions to make the user interface better…completely ignored.
Thank you for replies.I’m not alone. I’m looking for alternative app with FLAC and storage but no luck so far for iMac anyone out there have any suggestions. I do use Plex but it’s what I would really need.
