Bose Soundsport Wireless Headphones not working with VOX

I recently purchase the Bose Soundsport Wireless Headphones after reading this review:
https://headphonesproreview.com/bose-soundsport-wireless-review/ However, nowhere did the review say that the wireless headphones will not work with specific media players/software/platforms. I’m using the headphones with my Windows 8 PC. Is there some problem with my headphones or a compatibility issue? Please let me know.

What VOX + OS versions are you on?
We would need to know more about what exactly happens when you try to use your Bose Soundsport Wireless Headphones with VOX.
May I ask to provide us with a step by step description of the whole process, until it fails?
