it’s the only app with overstanding quality that let me hear my 5.1 system (macPro). The most solid and simple player i have tested…
Sound is clearer in the bass range 30/120hz than iTun**, Amar** or VL* tested with the same file in mp3 at 320/44khz, aac at 256/44hz, wma have less spectrum (Soundboot image compare as guide not rule). IMO the sound feels one bar more clearer than VL*, Amar** even iTun**… tested in a file from the 4 seassons with a Stradivarius violin from Salvatore Accardo. Very… very happy to found Vox.
The unbelievable…
No play CD??? why? i have to copy to a HD? the drive spins like crazy trying to read the files…
Background TCP connection to google analytics? I deny all of those in my firewall …
Suggestions
Repeat and shuffle buttons in another color… there are hard to see when not are active, why not gray like the dropdown menu?
Volume correction hall feature, the rear speakers are little lost in my office so a volume per channel will be wonderful… maybe amazing!
When I start and end my collection I hope to post back… Thanks to all of you I can hear my 5.1 system with stereo files in my mac’s
