I'm unclear about how to accomplish a basic task: downloading a file from the Vox/Loop cloud to my computer.
I right click on a song or album in the Vox player, and choose "download". But after that, I can't seem to find the file on my computer. Where does it go? :) Maybe my Vox preference settings are wrong?
I'd like to have the downloads show up in my iTunes library.

Hi Jay,
Welcome to VOX support forum.
It asks user only the first time, when You are downloading
something. Then it remembers the path. You can check and change it
in LOOP (gif attached)

Hi—I think I have it set up right. Screenshots are attached, but it just doesn’t seem to be downloading. I right clicked on songs in the displayed album—there was a brief orange swirly thing, and then nothing.
