Well the fact that VOX supports AU plugins is awesome. I can insert Waves MaxxBass and TDL Compressor and finally in situations where there are no external speakers available listen to music with my Mac and here the bass line, or apply some meters so I could learn how someone mixed the song. Without Soundflower and AULab combined and problems with sampling frequency synchro. The only thing missing is the option to save the channel strip so I could just choose witch one suits me the most from the presets. Just like in DAW.
