AU plugins

#1

Hello,

2.2.10 is a nice update with many fixes indeed. Thank you!

However, the AU plugins window only lists Apple native plugins (see the attached screen shot), while I have a lot more in the folder /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components.

I was hoping to use TT Dynamic Range meter plugin along with Vox, and I was thinking if it was possible to stick plugin window (when it's open) to a player itself, so if you move the player, the plugin window moves as well along with it. I was wondering how difficult is this to achieve?

Hopefully, this will be addressed in the next version.

Best regards,
Andrejs

Loco,

Currently supporting just basic Apple's AU's. We look into possibility to add support for third party AU's but it will take some effort and needs substantial number of wish reports from users.

Same problem here. Kinda useless. :( I wanna use the 3rd party professional quality plugins I own! Don’t need VST, and no need to scan for plugins. An add… dialog where I can browse to the plugin would be enough.

AU users, please share Your opinions on latest version (2.3). Need statistics on how third-party AUs work with VOX!
