Artwork missing for digitally purchased albums

I noticed for albums that I have purchased digitally mostly live albums or live bootlegs, the artwork that I have sourced for them doesn’t show up in the VOX app on iPhone. The artwork does show on the Mac app though. Any reason?

Are you searching those artworks in Library tab or Collections?
Did you try to clear cache or re-login to VOX app using your VOX account?

Searching artwork in Library. I tried logging out and clearing cache and no luck. Still have the same problem.

I’ve just noticed more albums have lost artwork. Any other ideas? Thanks

It’s ok now. I logged out on the app and it’s ok. Thanks
