For weeks now, I have been unable to upload a number of albums and songs. I get an exclamation point at the end of a title. I’ve reached out quite a few times to support, but no one has gotten back to me. Disappointing, to say the least. When VOX is working well - which is certainly not all the time - it’s fantastic. But when it’s on the fritz, it’s a very frustrating experience.
