I've got a few ideas for features I think would be useful in vox in order of how essential i think they are
- on the fly transcoding as you download (i suppose this could be quite difficult to implement). my files are all FLAC/ALAC and I do want them to remain in that format for whenever im streaming or DLing to a computer with space, but for my iphone it'd be pretty cool if I could have the option of downloading some albums in 320kbps MP3 or MP3 V0 or something, FLAC quality isn't really required or appreciated for the most part when I'm mobile
- the ability to sync vox from the mac with the local copy of your loop library, to an iphone directly, rather than wasting bandwidth downloading new copies from loop to your iPhone
- batch select albums or artists that you want to sync/download, rather than having to press on each individual album you want one by one
- a remote control feature to control vox mac from iOS
- ability to edit metadata/tags of files already in loop (As well in vox in general) including artwork tags
- if you remove some files from within loops watched folders, they are removed from loop
- smart playlists allowing to create auto-updated playlists based on tags like comment, bit depth, sample rates, etc
- 'automatically fetch album art' will append album art to files without any in loop, on vox and ios
- when in library view and organising by artist, rather than album, the last.fm photo of the artist is fetched and used, rather than the photo of their last album
- a flat design vox icon consistent with the mac os x design (not v important but still)
thank you
