I cannot get my library on my portable devices.

VOX versions + iOS versions on your portable devices?
Did you try to re-login to VOX app using your personal VOX account on your portable devices?

Yes. I tried that. Many not all tracks appear.

Try contacting our support desk directly - https://vox.rocks/support and provide them with a list of the missing tracks, they will check if they are OK and provide you with a proper workaround.
