Starts to play random & looses support for hot keys!

#1

Hi all!

I'm using the latest version for Mac, 2.8.22 (build 2899.22) and the last couple of weeks it started to behaving madly.
If the player is paused and in the background it can just randomly starts to play.
And, what's most frustrating is that after a couple of hours the hot keys stops function and instead when you press play iTunes appears. To solve this I'm forced to restart my Mac and then the hot keys are back in normal for another couple of hours.

Best
Pontus

Hey Pontus,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please update VOX extension for media controls first and let us know if the problem still persists.

P.S. Don't forget to set all available checkboxes.

Hi again!

Nope, didn't solve the hot key issues I'm having... Updated to latest, still no response on them.

#4

Hi again!

Where can I find the logs for VOX? Woke up this night and VOX had started to play my music at random.
