Log In Issues

I was having issues with some albums on the cloud so I logged out and logged in again. I sort of got in but had no albums loaded. The app then said I needed to upgrade to premium. I already have premium and it is active. Please help me get back into Premium so I can get my 200GB of music back. I can give any info you need to sort this out.

Same problem on Mac. On iPhone working again since this afternoon. Again: please communicate if there are problems so we know it’s not us and will save us the trouble of getting things to work.

Same issue. I noticed that on the MacOS app it says my subscription expired on Dec 28, but on the VOX web site it says my subscription will renew on Dec 30. iPhone app seems to be fine. WTF?

Seems like it got fixed. Working now.
