Library Disappeared From One of My Devices (Other device is fine)



I use two iPhones (one is my work phone) to use Vox but one of the phones stopped refreshing the library so I logged out and back in again. When I logged back in it says I have no premium account (despite being paid until 2010). I have deleted the app and logged in again, still lets me log in but says no premium account and my library is empty. My other phone is fine. Is this a problem with the new update? Anyone else having a similar problem?




We were forced to start unplanned downtime to install an urgent update and improve the situation. Thanks for your patience!

Please advise if you have some problems with VOX service at the moment?
