I tried many times to login my Vox premium account on my Mac but not successful. My subscription is valid. Every time I press the sign in button on the right top corner of the Vox player, it will pop up a new page asking for “Authorize”!! I pressed it and in fact trtied many times but fail. Please help. It has been more than a week now…
I can't login from Vox player on Mac

Let me clarify a few details:
Which browser do you have set as a default browser?
When you click on sign in button, what happens next?

My default browser on my Mac is Firefox! When I press “sign in” on the Vox Player it will take me to browser asking me to “Authorise”! Once I authorise the web page will go to VOX site but the VOX Player still remains “loading” non-stop. If you press again “sign-in” on the Vox Player the while process will repeat and repeat!
When I first joined the premium in Dec’17, the Vox Player worked fine until a few weeks ago you said the cloud is under maintenance! Since then I can’t sign in the Vox Player!!
You also may try to do following:
Close VOX and Open terminal
Paste commands:
1)launchctl remove com.coppertino.VOXCloud
Press enter.
2)/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
Press enter.
Start VOX and check Sign in function.

Did you find any working solution? This happens too often… After I hit sign-in button, a white page opens in Safari and nothing happens…
It seems that even sign-up is not working (when pressing the sign-up button from the app). The same thing happens.
We bring our apologies for this temporary glitch to appear again. Please advise if you have some problems with VOX service at the moment?
Yeesh. Seems like this problem still occurs, although it’s the first time for me. I tried to update it via the app, but apparently I’m getting an update error. Can anyone suggest a solution? My errors are exactly as the other users have described above.
I’m on Catalina, but haven’t changed anything at all before it stopped working.

This is really amazing how is possible you can ruin the app. It is not working at all. I press Authorize, it redirects to main page but app is still not signed in. Haha, just only one main feature and was not implemented properly. Lol. It was so difficult to let user to enter login and password simply without all this modern stupid things? I paid money it even can’t login…
Ok, so I found where is the problem, it doesn’t work in case if people download app directly from the web site and works when you install it from appstore
When I try to login in and click the login in button nothing happens, no pop up window or anything. Even tried the create account and still nothing. I replied to supports email and still nothing. Seems as though this has been a problem for a long time now.
