Please share some additional information on what happens when you click on the “Delete my profile” button?
Did you notice some error notifications?

Please advise what browser do you use on your mobile phone?

May I ask to take a screenshot of the VOX Profile > Personal data section?

Also, please check if you scrolled to the bottom of the page.
