can not run vox player

Which OS and VOX versions are you reffering to?

Where did you manage to download VOX app? Our website or AppStore?

OS Sierra 10.12.6
At first I used the current version from the site. But when it stopped working, I tried the version from the appstore, as well as previous versions from the site. The problem is not solved by installing another version, including installing the version from the site or appstore

Hi,

You could try to launch the attached script from the link below:

Close VOX
Run the script
Choose to reset VOX ALL. (There will be other options to be reset, like, Collections and etc - be careful!)

If no use, I would advise using 3d party app to delete VOX and do a clean install (to make sure there are no components left).

After removing the VOX app, please check following Cache folders to be clean!

~/Library/Containers/com.coppertino.Vox/Data/Library/Caches/AudioCache/
