Apple Remote never worked

I've been trying to use the Apple remote with Vox ever since before v2.0.1 and it never worked till now.
The remote works fine with iTunes and yes, I've unpaired it with my iTunes to test it out with Vox.
I've checked the settings under 'Security & Privacy>Advanced' too and the remote paired correctly.
What a bummer?!

Thank you for your feedback. Did you instal Preference Pane? It is required for Remote Control. You can find it here: http://coppertino.com/vox/addon.html

Hi,
Of course I did install the Preference Pane as required but still the remote control didn't work from the first time I installed Vox and the Preference Pane. Even several fresh reinstallations of both Vox and the Preference Pane doesn't solve the remote problem.

Please Turn OFF all the sources of the Remote control in Pref.Pane and Turn it ON again. We have a problem with remote control for now.

Remote doesn't work after reinstallation, turning off also not help. After last upgrade i have also problem with keyboard shortcuts also:(

Mine remote doesn't work after I upgraded to the last version of Vox Preferences 1 :((

Logic X doesn't work with Apple Ir Remote when this Preference Pane installed, even if Vox not launched. In this case when i try use remote launch iTunes. When i delete Preference Pane Logic X works perfectly.
